1. Coaching Disclaimer (Not Therapy or Medical Advice)

  • Educational Purpose: All coaching services, online courses, digital downloads, and website content are intended for educational, motivational, and informational purposes only.

  • No Professional Relationship: Inner work and life coaching are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. It does not establish a doctor-patient or licensed mental health professional relationship.

  • Seek Professional Help: If you require psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice, you agree to seek the services of a licensed professional. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on our coaching or materials.


2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Ownership: All materials provided to you—including course videos, workbooks, PDFs, audio files, graphics, website text, and logos—are the intellectual property of Interopera Group LLC

  • Limited License: When you purchase a course or download a file, you are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or repurpose any of our content or coaching materials without our express written consent.


3. Payment and Billing Terms

  • Payment Authorization: By providing a credit card or other payment method, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your purchase, including any recurring subscription or installment fees.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend your access to coaching sessions, online courses, or membership portals if any payment fails or is overdue.


4. Cancellation, Refund, and Shipping Policies

  • Services: Sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full session fee. Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time will be refunded 50% of the session fee.

  • Digital Products & Courses: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital downloads and online courses, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.

  • Physical Products: Shipped items are subject to availability. Risk of loss and title for physical merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Returns for defective physical items are accepted within 14 days of receipt.


5. Client Conduct and Termination

  • Community Standards: If your purchase includes access to a community forum, group coaching call, or course chat, you agree to communicate respectfully.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services, courses, or website immediately, without a refund, if you engage in abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

  • No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the specific results, financial gains, or lifestyle changes you will achieve from our coaching or products. Your success depends entirely on your own effort and implementation.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of your use of our website, services, or products is limited to the exact amount you paid us for that specific service or item.

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Process: Any dispute or claim arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations, followed by binding arbitration in Jacksonville, FL before taking legal action.
